Session Policy & Studio Fee’s

– What is the cost and what does it include?


The creative session fee to book is $500.


Our Products & Wall Art Collections start at $1,500 and go up from there.

Due to the nature of the product, no refunds or returns are available after purchasing your portraits.

A non refundable retainer (the creative session fee $500-$1000 depending on the session booked) is due at the time of booking your session appointment.


– What is your cancellation policy?


If a photo session is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled date a rebooking fee of $500 is applied.


The session appointment fee will be retained to recoup the loss of the appointment session and the cost of the makeup/hair stylist. New clients will not be able to book a cancelled session on short notice as wardrobe and preparations are needed.


– Can I reschedule my photo shoot?


14 days notice is required prior to your scheduled session to change the date, since a hair & makeup professional has been scheduled for your session. Rescheduling less than 14 days from the session date will require the rebooking fee of $500.


Although we acknowledge that emergencies can arise and we may opt to waive the fee in certain situations, we believe that implementing this policy helps discourage sudden cancellations.
