• I have never done this before. Will you help me prepare for my shoot?

I will guide you through everything from picking the best outfits, posing and achieving your best look. I will send you a PDF with all the information you need for a successful shoot, and during the session I will guide you every step of the way.

 

  • Do I get digital images with my final packages?

Yes. You will get the same size digital photos that you purchase for the collection on a USB or drop boxed.

 

  • How far in advance do I need to book my shoot?

I recommend that you book your shoot 6-8 weeks before you need your pictures. Albums and wall art take up to 4-6 weeks to produce. If you need it sooner I will try to accommodate you and do rush service.

 

  • Will you post my pictures online?

I would only use your pictures online or for marketing and advertising with your signed consent.

 

  • What if I am older and not my ideal weight?

I have photographed women from their early twenties to ninety. I have photographed women of all sizes and shapes. When I look at you through my lens I believe I can capture your inner and outer beauty no matter what your stage in life is. My goal is that when you are in front of my camera you will experience how beautiful you really are.

 

  • I have cellulite, stretch marks or bad skin. Can you fix that?

Yes. Removal of cellulite, acne and stretch marks are part of the retouching process and included in your purchase if you want to have that done. We don’t reshape or make people’s body parts any other shape than normal.

 

  • Where does the photography session take place?

In my studio in Carlsbad that I have set up for boudoir, branding and contemporary portraiture, I am also available for outdoor sessions and location destinations at an additional cost.

 

  • Can I meet you and see the studio before my shoot?

Yes, of course. You can either come in for a personal consultation or we can do it by Zoom or FaceTime.

 

  • Can I bring my husband or boyfriend to the shoot or viewing appointment?

No, I am sorry, for boudoir pictures this is a strictly female environment. You are welcome to bring a female friend if you like. For branding or a portrait session, no problem.

 

  • Do you provide outfits? Or do I bring my own?

Please bring at least 4-6 different outfits. The more you bring, the better I will be able to help you decide what to wear.

 

Couture Wardrobe Access

 

The Couture Wardrobe includes a large collection of lingerie and luxury outfits available for use during your session.

 

  • I have never done this before and know nothing about posing or how to take a good photograph.

Don’t worry, I will guide you through the entire process, that is my superpower and what I am trained to do: all you need to do is relax and have fun.

 

  • How long does the shoot take?

Plan to spend around 3 – 4 hours for the session including hair and makeup. The Private Image Reveal Session is booked for 90 mins on Zoom or in person.

 

  • What is the cost and what does it include?

The creative session fee to book is $500.

The session fee includes:

*  Design and wardrobe consultation

*  Hair and makeup to make sure you look your absolute best

*  4-5 Outfit changes

*  Guided posing

*  90 – min photography session

 

Our Products & Wall Art Collections are purchased separately and start at $1,500 and go up from there.

A non refundable retainer (the creative session fee $500-$1000 depending on the session booked) is due at the time of booking your session appointment.

 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

If a photo session is cancelled or need rescheduling less than 14 days before the scheduled date a rebooking fee of $500 is applied.

 

The session appointment fee will be retained to recoup the loss of the appointment session and the cost of the makeup/hair stylist. New clients will not be able to book a cancelled session on short notice as wardrobe and preparations are needed.

 

14 days notice is required prior to your scheduled session to change the date, since a hair & makeup
professional has been scheduled for your session. Rescheduling less than 14 days from the session date will require the rebooking fee of $500.

 

Although we acknowledge that emergencies can arise and we may opt to waive the fee in certain situations, we believe that implementing this policy helps discourage sudden cancellations.
